While we provide personalized guidance based on our experience, we do not guarantee admission to any academic institution, scholarship, or program.

All content provided on this website or through consultations—including but not limited to strategies, timelines, editing suggestions, and application advice—is for informational purposes only. Admissions outcomes are determined solely by the institutions to which students apply, and IvyBay.org does not have any influence over such decisions.

By using our services, you agree that Willow Education LLC is not liable for any application outcome or decision made by a third-party institution.

Refund Policy

All payments for services provided by Willow Education LLC (IvyBay.org) are non-refundable, except under the following limited circumstances:

• If a client cancels a session at least 48 hours in advance, a rescheduling option may be provided subject to availability. No refunds will be issued.

• If a service is prepaid and not yet rendered, and you choose not to proceed, you may request a partial credit or transfer of service value to another service, at our discretion.

• No refunds will be issued once an editing or consulting service has been delivered, including partial review or feedback.

• In cases of technical issues or staff error, we may issue a credit or provide a corrective service free of charge.
